I want to let you know that your product worked exactly as advertised. My mother fell outside while retrieving the morning newspaper. She pressed the alarm and your operator quickly responded and summoned help. Her neighbors were called and they came and helped her up. Your operator then placed a call to my sister just to let her know what happened. Thank you to everyone at AMA for your invaluable service. ~R. Perry

My family and I thank you for the excellent service that your company provides. Shortly after receiving the alarm, my mother fell in her bedroom and fractured her neck and back. She immediately pressed the button on the pendant around her neck and was connected to your dispatcher. Even though she was not in the same room as the monitor, the dispatcher was able to clearly hear her and in turn called me. I believe that little pendant saved her life. I just wanted to let you know I have once again recommended your company to two of my friends. We got your system for my mother-in-law several years ago and found the peace of mind indispensable. She did end up having a heart attack and used the necklace to give us 5 more days with her than we might have had without it. The EMS came right away, had the code to get into her gated apartments (which saved time) and got her right to the hospital. I was 35 miles away on business when they called my cell phone. I left immediately and was able to go straight to the hospital. My husband was called and so were all the other family members.
