Thank you for considering the Never Be Alone medical alarm provided by American Medical Alarms. We are a full service medical alarm company providing emergency rescue to seniors and other individuals during medical emergencies.

Our service includes the following:

  • You pay only for the monitoring of the alarm; there is no cost for the equipment. We deliver, set-up and test the alarm for you with a one time set-up fee of $45.00. There are no other costs, fees or charges of any kind.

  • Your medical alarm system includes a transmitter of your choice (pendant or wristband). Our transmitter will activate your alarm from anywhere within your home and up to 2-300 ft. outside your home.

  • You are monitored 24 hours a day, everyday, by our highly trained monitoring center (UL Listed, FM Certified and DOD Certified).

  • Two Way Voice Feature (with a range of 2500-3000 sq. ft.) allows us to speak with you during an emergency so you can determine what kind of help you need.

  • Our operators are specifically trained and certified to respond to medical alarms and medical alarm emergencies.

  • Your medical alert transmitter is water resistant and will activate your alarm from anywhere within your home.

  • Our medical alarms are acoustical computers designed for the hearing impaired.

  • All of our medical alarms are equipped with Backup Batteries in case of a power loss.

  • There is no additional monitoring fee to monitor a second (or even third) person in the home.

  • All of your equipment comes with a Lifetime Warranty.

  • With 30 days notice you can discontinue your service at any time.
